Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes electricity, water, sewer, and valet trash service.

Required one-time fees include a $13 application fee per adult, and a $300 standard security deposit.

Optional Add-Ons:
Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $50/month pet rent
Internet: $45/month
Washer/Dryer Rental: $45/month
Carport Parking: $55/month
